The name Bontempo comes from Old Italian and is the combination of bono, ‘good’, plus tempo, ‘time’, something that's key as a DJ. Today, his heart and mind is firmly rooted in a common ground between house and techno with interest in breaks, progressive, and the rougher, sometimes straight up acid, edges.
